I have been visiting Dr Tanu for almost two years now and she is extremely professional and patiently heard out all my issues. Over the last couple of years, she has lent me an empathetic ear and helped me deal with stress, anxiety and PTSD. I would definitely recommend Dr Tanu for anyone dealing with psychological issues.

Tanu Choksi is an empathetic counsellor, with a very personalised approach to each individual and each problem. She is an excellent listener and she helps the client discover the solution on their own, but under her guidance during the session. This helps to internalize and accept the underlying reason for the problem and the best way to solve it, even if it is difficult. Tanu is also non-judgmental which I think is essential for a counsellor. She is also very punctual and her office is a comforting environment in which it becomes easy to relax and open up.
At 24 years there were a lot of things that I had been struggling with for a long time now. With no to minimum help from my family, I turned to counselling.
